Learning Creative Learning

I just joined the Massively Open Online Course, Learning Creative Learning, offered by the MIT Media Lab and P2PU, for designers, technologists, and educators. This will be a professional development opportunity, with reading, reflecting and networking. I imagine that after a short time, I’ll find a few people who I can learn from and vice versa; I’m looking for ideas that I can bring into my classroom right now. Here’s the course outline: http://learn.media.mit.edu/course.html The first session is Monday, so I have some reading to do.

Following the lead of Dan Meyer and Jo Boaler, I create a safe place for kids to discover the fun and beauty of maths.
